About the Role
The Make Ready Tech will utilize maintenance experience and attention to detail to maintain the physical integrity of the Renaissance at North Bend property.
Responsibilities
- Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
- Complete make readies
- Maintain property grounds and common areas
- Perform preventative maintenance
- Maintain a clean and well-organized shop and work areas
- Provide a weekly parts and material list
- Assist in coverage of emergency calls
- Demonstrate professional customer service to residents, staff, and vendors
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Skills
- Maintenance experience
- Attention to detail
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

- College degree is a plus
- EPA HVAC certification preferred
Salary/Compensations
- $24 to $25 per hour
