About the Role
GardaWorld is seeking individuals over 21 who enjoy fast-paced environments and new challenges for an Armored Truck Driver/Messenger position. This role is responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of valuables, requiring comfort with heavy lifting and strong customer service skills. Safety and security are paramount, and all positions are armed.
Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport valuables.
- Perform heavy lifting as required.
- Interact professionally with customers to build rapport and meet service standards.
- Issue and receive confirmation receipts to verify transfers.
- Follow the highest levels of driver safety in all weather conditions.
- Maintain vigilance for customer, colleague, and community safety.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must possess a valid and clean driver's license.
- Must have or be able to obtain and maintain active guard and firearm permits or licenses as required by state regulations.
- Must have strong customer service skills.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in person and by radio.
- Must be willing to operate large vehicles in all weather and traffic conditions.
- Must be able to perform heavy lifting (50lbs+).

Salary/Compensations
- Starting rate for candidates with pistol permits $19.50.
- Rate increases to $23.50 after completing ATM training.
