About the Role
NRT is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 12-month contract to collaborate with hiring managers, source candidates, and manage the talent pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and create job descriptions.
- Source and identify top candidates, building talent pipelines through various channels.
- Work with hiring managers and HR to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and create a talent database.
- Manage relationships with third-party agencies and organizations.
- Support other HR activities as needed.
Requirements
- Proven technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced technology organization or third-party agency.
- Proven success in sourcing technical candidates (e.g., software developers, project managers, QA).
- Highly motivated and passionate about change initiatives.
