About the Role
KR8 Advisory is seeking a Graduate / Junior eDiscovery Project Manager to join their eDiscovery technology services team. This role provides technical and consultative support to internal and external clients, focusing on efficient and cost-effective eDiscovery solutions using AI technology.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and clients to ascertain their needs within the eDiscovery platform.
- Perform various Project Management tasks for clients.
- Create new matters on the back-end eDiscovery platform, including adding and training users and assigning permissions.
- Conduct data collection via remote or on-site methods.
- Upload and process client data into the platform.
- Handle day-to-day requests on the front-end platform, such as keyword searching, foldering, creating exports, adding users, and AI searching.
- Perform internal administration tasks including conflict checking, internal project setup, and client charging reports.
- Attend client sites as required.
- Support colleagues from Administrator to Director/Partner level.
Requirements
- Educated to degree level.
- Very comfortable with computer software and MS Office.
- Ability to interact confidently and effectively with legal clients.
