Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, and kitchen utensils
- Maintain the dishwashing station and three-compartment sink area
- Ensure equipment is clean and functional, reporting issues to management
- Perform light maintenance and custodial tasks
- Provide excellent customer service to guests, clients, and co-workers
- Adhere to safety policies, food safety, and sanitation procedures
- Ensure the security of company assets
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Ability to operate kitchen tools and equipment
- Ability to work under pressure
- Compliance with health and safety procedures
- Must be available Monday to Friday or as business requires
