About the Role
As a Lead DevOps Engineer, you will lead efforts to design, automate, and optimize scalable, secure infrastructure. You will collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to drive CI/CD efficiency, system reliability, and automation while mentoring engineers and shaping technical strategy.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain cloud-native infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
- Author and propose Technical Design Documents and RFCs to build consensus on architectural decisions.
- Establish Golden Paths for workspace and AI administration, app governance, and data security.
- Create reusable libraries, modular workflows, and SDKs to empower internal teams.
- Lead the migration from legacy collaboration tool integrations to modern, secure, event-driven architectures.
Requirements
- Track record of leading complex, enterprise-level platform initiatives with multi-disciplined teams.
- Mastery of Python or Node.js and application frameworks.
- Deep experience with APIs.
- Ability to design for multi-tenancy while maintaining global standards.
- Hands-on experience with serverless computing, API Gateways, and Infrastructure as Code.
- High bar for documentation and ability to advocate for technical best practices.
