About the Role

Domino's Solutions team is the customer-facing engine for how leading enterprises build, scale, and govern AI-powered applications. Customer Engineering owns everything after the deal closes: adoption, implementation, expansion, and delivery that drives customer renewal and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own the customer program end-to-end: from contract signature through expansion.
  • Partner with the account team to ensure every engagement is scoped for excellence.
  • Direct the delivery pod for customer engagements, managing capacity and keeping programs on track.
  • Earn trust at every level, bridging strategic intent and day-to-day delivery.
  • Lead solutioning conversations, connecting Domino's capabilities to customer outcomes.
  • Drive rollout, enablement, and change management to ensure adoption.
  • Proactively uncover new use cases and expansion opportunities in partnership with customer success and sales.
  • Act as the customer's voice inside Domino, converting field intelligence into product feedback and signals.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in an enterprise customer-facing discipline (implementations, consulting, technical program management, or product).
  • Background in life sciences is a meaningful advantage.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to articulate solutions before problems are fully defined.
  • Ability to turn unstructured executive conversations into executable plans.
  • Sufficient knowledge of enterprise data science to ask pertinent questions.
  • Demonstrated ownership of delivery across full cycles.
  • Technically fluent across software architecture, predictive modeling, and agentic systems.
  • Solutions-oriented with a tendency to escalate with recommendations.
