About the Role

As Product Growth & Experimentation Manager, User Lifecycle, you will drive user and revenue growth across the customer lifecycle. This role focuses on balancing user value and business performance by refining user engagement from activation through monetization, retention, and expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Build and own MoneyLion’s experimentation framework, including holdouts, CRO, and A/B testing, and the incrementality and attribution methodology.
  • Own the decisioning/automation layer, including AID/Hightouch orchestration, eligibility, frequency, routing, and guardrails feeding Iterable, in-app, and ads.
  • Independently lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across multiple growth and monetization touchpoints.
  • Enhance performance by analyzing user funnels, executing A/B tests, and optimizing journeys.
  • Champion a test-and-learn culture by driving experimentation and promoting data-first thinking.
  • Partner with lifecycle journey managers to design tests and translate readouts into automation improvements.
  • Support monetization and pricing decisions with rigorous experiment design.
  • Supervise and continuously improve AI agents and set their operational guardrails.
  • Proactively identify opportunities and solve business, data, and technical challenges.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in growth marketing, product-led growth, marketing analytics, experimentation, or marketing automation/martech.
  • Deep experimentation expertise, including incrementality design, attribution, and statistical rigor.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation/decisioning platforms (Iterable/Braze, Hightouch, AID, or similar) and a modern data stack (Snowflake, Amplitude, Segment).
  • Proven ability to scale revenue and user base through lifecycle optimization and data-informed product enhancements.
  • Advanced experience with segmentation, cohort analysis, retention modeling, and lifetime value (LTV) frameworks.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and operate with urgency.
  • Strong communication skills to distill complex data into clear stories for stakeholders.
  • Full ownership and accountability, taking initiative and removing blockers.
  • Comfort operating AI/ML decisioning and supervising AI agents and automated workflows.
