About the Role
The Senior Associate, Product Marketing supports the execution and ongoing management of product marketing content across presentations, sales enablement tools, digital channels, and recurring reporting materials. This role ensures content accuracy and alignment with market developments, manages recurring deliverables, and coordinates product changes. A key focus is identifying opportunities to use AI, automation, and standardized processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Manage and continuously improve workflows for developing, reviewing, approving, updating, and distributing product marketing content.
- Identify manual, repetitive, or fragmented processes that can be simplified, standardized, or automated.
- Use AI-enabled tools to support content development, information gathering, quality control, and recurring content updates.
- Develop templates, processes, and documentation that improve consistency, accuracy, and speed across product marketing deliverables.
- Partner with Marketing Operations, Digital, and other stakeholders to implement workflow and automation improvements.
- Track recurring deliverables, dependencies, and approvals to ensure work progresses efficiently and on schedule.
- Help establish appropriate governance and quality-control practices for the use of AI within product marketing processes.
- Manage the development, maintenance, and updating of product marketing materials across presentations, sales enablement tools, web content, and recurring reporting deliverables.
- Coordinate recurring updates to monthly fund profiles and related product marketing materials.
- Coordinate the production and ongoing maintenance of fund books and other recurring reporting materials.
- Ensure product marketing content accurately reflects current product information, investment commentary, and positioning.
- Maintain clear schedules, ownership, and approval requirements for recurring content deliverables.
- Work with internal stakeholders to resolve content gaps, inconsistencies, or outdated information.
- Support the ongoing organization and management of content within marketing enablement and content management platforms.
- Coordinate the marketing execution of product changes, investment team updates, and other shelf management initiatives.
- Manage required updates across marketing materials, digital content, sales tools, and website product pages.
- Work with Product, Compliance, Legal, Digital, Investment, and other teams to establish implementation requirements, timelines, and approvals.
- Ensure product-related updates are completed accurately, consistently, and in alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Identify all affected content and channels when product or investment-related changes occur.
- Monitor implementation progress and proactively address risks, delays, or dependencies.
Requirements
- Three to five years of experience in product marketing, marketing operations, content operations, or a related role.
- Experience in financial services or asset management.
- Strong knowledge of asset management products, product marketing materials, and recurring reporting deliverables.
- Experience managing, documenting, or improving content-development, review, and approval workflows.
- Demonstrated experience using AI-enabled tools, workflow automation, or process-improvement techniques to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Experience coordinating recurring reporting processes and ongoing content maintenance.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to assess existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend practical improvements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- University degree.
