About the Role
This role is responsible for managing the delivery and health of digital capabilities or processes, focusing on Consumer Credit Card and Deposits digital projects. The position is within the Digital organization, delivering best-in-class sales experiences through Digital channels by building and maintaining digital capabilities for Online and Mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong risk, legal, and compliance focus, a creative and analytical approach, and a passion for improving client experiences, with a blend of Product and Project management capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Supports delivery of world-class software solutions within time, scope, and budget to provide an enhanced digital experience to clients
- Contributes towards operational routines, the day-to-day health of digital capabilities, resolution of defects, routing of complaints, and performance metrics results
- Conducts project planning, sprint, and release planning and contributes to the execution of the program vision and roadmap
- Performs analysis to capture and report key performance indicators and return on investment of products
- Creates presentations and written materials and communicates in an effective and engaging manner to enhance project outcomes
- Builds and maintains relationships across stakeholders and partners in order to effectively navigate the bank, ensure successful delivery of assigned work, and secure ongoing support for owned features
- Leverages knowledge of the business to make informed decisions at every stage of the product development and sustainment lifecycle
- Manages the delivery and health of digital capabilities or processes
- Supports digital operations including translating business requirements into digital requirements and acceptance criteria
- Analyzes key performance indicators, product risks and controls
- Guarantees quality through business acceptance testing
- Ensures successful go-to-market
- Defines and delivers solutions that solve business problems
- Owns the end-to-end delivery of Consumer Credit Card and Deposits digital projects
- Partners with designers to develop client journeys
- Refines scope in collaboration with Technology teams
- Builds on and maintains digital capabilities that deliver products and services to clients via Online and Mobile
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Credit Card and Deposit Experience
- Subject matter expert on multiple business-related and technical-related topics and an ability to independently drive strategic improvements
- Detail oriented team player
- Digital knowledge and experience
- Highly effective Relationship and Communications skills
