About the Role
The Marketing Manager will drive integrated, full-funnel marketing across a growing global platform spanning private equity, venture capital, and private credit. This role owns end-to-end campaign strategy and execution, shapes platform and fund positioning, and ensures alignment across channels, audiences, and teams. You will partner closely with design, content, PR, and investment teams to deliver high-impact marketing programs supporting fundraising, brand building, and investor engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Own the planning and execution of full-funnel marketing campaigns across channels, including client and prospect communications, internal communications, and digital and content distribution.
- Translate business priorities into cohesive, multi-channel campaign strategies.
- Support marketing infrastructure and campaign mapping to improve scalability and efficiency.
- Shape Positioning & Messaging: Define and evolve platform, fund, and audience segmentation.
- Develop clear, differentiated messaging and positioning frameworks.
- Ensure consistency of narrative across campaigns, channels, and materials.
- Drive Brand & Narrative Evolution: Contribute to the ongoing development of brand architecture and platform narrative.
- Partner closely with PR to ensure alignment between internal messaging and external storytelling.
- Help shape how the platform is positioned in a competitive and evolving market.
- Manage External Partners: Manage relationships with design agencies and external partners.
- Provide clear direction, feedback, and quality control to ensure output meets brand and strategic standards.
- Measure & Optimize Performance: Partner with analytics to track campaign and fund-level performance, analyze engagement across channels, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Deliver Market & Competitive Insights: Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends, and synthesize insights to inform messaging, campaign strategy, and product positioning.
- Partner Across Functions: Work closely with global marketing, investment teams, product team, editorial/content lead, events, design, and PR.
- Collaborate with the Editorial lead to integrate content into campaigns, align content planning with campaign priorities, and ensure consistent distribution across channels.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in marketing, ideally within asset management, private markets, or financial services.
- Experience owning end-to-end, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation and positioning, content and campaign integration, and marketing performance measurement.
- Experience working across digital and offline channels, and cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into clear messaging.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution.
- Think in systems and campaigns, not just individual tactics.
- Be structured and organized, with strong project and stakeholder management skills.
- Be curious and commercially minded, with an interest in markets and investing.
- Be a strong collaborator, comfortable working with senior stakeholders, working across borders, and influencing outcomes.
- Be both strategic and hands-on.
- Possess an entrepreneurial mindset and intellectual curiosity.
