Responsibilities
- Complete service requests efficiently while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Perform routine maintenance, preventative maintenance, and apartment turns.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, and general maintenance issues.
- Help maintain the appearance and safety of our 184-unit community.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure residents receive prompt emergency service.
- Partner with your team to create a community residents are proud to call home.
Requirements
- Previous apartment maintenance or related maintenance experience.
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- A team player who treats residents and coworkers with Respect, communicates with Integrity, and takes ownership of their work.

- $300 paid out Quarterly for Morgan Essentials incentives.
