About the Role

As a Lead R&D Engineer/Scientist, you will be a key member of the physical property research team for the Refrigerants and Applied Solutions (RAS) division. You will leverage expertise in thermodynamics and transport phenomena to deliver innovative solutions for customer and colleague needs. Collaborate with scientists and engineers to develop sustainable products for data center and electronic cooling, air conditioning, refrigeration and heating, medical propellants, foam blowing agents, solvents, and aerosols.

Responsibilities

  • Use expertise in thermodynamics and transport phenomena to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with scientists and engineers to identify and develop sustainable products for emerging material needs.
  • Contribute to projects and programs focused on data center and electronic cooling, air conditioning, refrigeration and heating, medical propellants, foam blowing agents, solvents, and aerosols.
