About the Role
You will join the Infrastructure team to design and operate a scalable, resilient ingress data plane, providing global service mesh and load balancing solutions across on-premises and multi-cloud environments. Your work ensures the foundational reliability and performance required for New Relic's observability platform.
Responsibilities
- Design and operate a scalable, resilient ingress data plane.
- Ensure the stability and performance of global service mesh and load balancing solutions.
- Leverage automation and infrastructure-as-code to accelerate development speed.
- Evolve DNS and CDN infrastructure to create a high-performance environment.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and partner platform teams to foster cross-team excellence.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience with Go or Python.
- 3+ years of hands-on AWS cloud experience.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tooling and building pipelines.
- Experience with networking fundamentals including DNS, HTTP, and TCP.
- Understanding of Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Must be eligible to work without visa sponsorship.
