About the Role

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking Group Fitness professionals to lead coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts. Coaches prioritize members, making them feel inspired and eager to achieve their best selves.

Responsibilities

• Leading and motivating members through pre-designed workouts
• Working in a fast-paced group fitness setting
• Multitasking to ensure a high-quality experience for all class participants
• Helping members set and achieve goals
• Collaborating with the sales team to guide new consumers through their first workout
• Ensuring members use correct form and providing corrections
• Understanding the science behind workouts, specifically heart-rate focused training
• Demonstrating the use of all equipment utilized in workouts
• Being a team player

Requirements

• Group Fitness and/or Personal Training certification
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification
