About the Role
As a locksmith with the London Borough of Lewisham, you will provide a responsive and high-quality locksmith service to tenants and housing stock. This role involves securing properties, repairing and replacing locks, and ensuring tenant safety and property compliance, making a real difference to people's lives.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a locksmith, ideally within social housing or the public sector
- Knowledge of lock types, access control systems and security hardware
- Strong communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong teamwork skills
- Good understanding of health and safety requirements
- Good standard of literacy and numeracy
- Commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion
- Willingness to undertake training and adapt to changing service needs
- Full UK driving licence
- Satisfactory DBS disclosure
