About the Role
The Maintenance Team Member is responsible for protecting, maintaining, and enhancing the value of the community while maximizing the living experience for residents by resolving maintenance issues expertly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Maintain facility and grounds based on community objectives.
- Ensure safe operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment in compliance with health, safety, and OSHA standards.
- Respond to work orders promptly and participate in the after-hours on-call rotation.
- Inspect public areas and resident apartments to ensure maintenance standards are met.
- Maintain records for air conditioning and refrigeration equipment in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage pool and spa water chemistry and sanitation according to health department and federal regulations.
- Keep storage areas, tools, and equipment secure.
- Participate in required company training.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant maintenance experience.
- Working knowledge of pool service and maintenance.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 75 lbs.
- Ability to work 8-12 hour standing shifts.
- Availability to work weekends and on-call emergencies.
- Ability to embody company standards.
