Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code in JavaScript, Ruby, and Python.
• Partner with team members across different domains to deliver robust and scalable software solutions.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and intermediate engineers.
• Lead technical discussions, make architectural decisions, and drive best practices within the team.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for high performance and reliability.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality.
• Actively participate in agile processes including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation for code, APIs, and systems.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Information Technology Mgmt or foreign equivalent.
