About the Role
The GTM Associate is an entry-level position within the commercial team, offering a rotational program designed to develop future leaders in sales, account management, general management, or operations. This role involves selling into a complex healthcare value chain, requiring deep industry knowledge, credible communication, and broad go-to-market engagement.
Responsibilities
- Participate in a rotational program to gain experience across core commercial functions.
- Conduct provider outreach, including high-volume calls and email campaigns, to identify decision-makers and book qualified demos.
- Manage operational tasks to support deal progression and account management, including implementation, customer service, and problem-solving.
- Assist with platform implementation and back-office operations, including data quality work and onboarding new providers.
- Provide market feedback to Marketing and Product teams regarding provider engagement and challenges.
- Utilize enablement resources to rapidly learn the market and prepare for closing or ownership roles.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience, ideally from banking, consulting, or a high-performing startup.
- Willingness to learn the O&P and DME market from the ground up.
- Ability to learn industry specifics, including clinical and business language, and navigate complex workflows.
- Professionalism and persistence in navigating phone trees and front-desk staff.
- Ability to manage a high volume of work without letting tasks slip.
- Must be coachable and curious, with a hunger to learn new domains quickly.
- Must be poised and relentless in professional interactions.
