About the Role

Wispr Flow is building a celebrity and cultural partnership program from scratch. This role is execution-heavy and offers significant growth potential, starting with hands-on involvement in various operational tasks and evolving into producing larger-scale moments.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard new evangelists, including setting up accounts and gear.
  • Coordinate shoot dates, stage appearances, and content deadlines across time zones.
  • Prepare and distribute pre-event briefs and collect post-event results.
  • Source and produce high-end custom gifts for investors and partners.
  • Execute real-time marketing activations, including sourcing items and coordinating logistics on tight deadlines.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, fabricators, fulfillment partners, and couriers.
  • Negotiate with vendors and manage activation budgets.
  • Assist in the production of unique partnership moments.
  • Maintain a master view of project timelines, budgets, and results across all partners.
  • Manage daily operations, including fulfillment and cross-team coordination.

Requirements

  • Highly organized with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks without dropping any.
  • Proficient in maintaining spreadsheets for budgets, trackers, and status lists.
  • Possess a strong sense of taste and attention to detail in execution.
  • Proven experience in executing events, activations, gifting, production, or brand/partnership work.
  • Ability to move fast and operate effectively in an ambiguous, hypergrowth environment.
  • Willingness to both direct tasks and perform hands-on execution.
  • Experience working across different functions or ability to quickly adapt.
  • Comfortable utilizing freelancers and vendors to supplement capabilities.
