About the Role
Financial education is key to building trust and driving user adoption. We are seeking a financial content leader to combat financial complexity by creating targeted, useful, and engaging content for over a million users. Our approach to financial guidance is innovative, focusing on relevant and actionable advice delivered in a user-friendly style, moving beyond traditional long-form articles.
Responsibilities
- Own the financial education content plan, expanding beyond pensions to cover various money topics and formats including articles, short-form video, and webinars.
- Set the quality standard and tone for all content output.
- Write and deliver content directly.
- Plan and execute a regular webinar program.
- Collaborate with the coaching team to support their content delivery.
- Partner with the marketing team to produce diverse content.
- Work closely with the product team to develop engaging in-app experiences, utilizing an AI coach.
- Define and track key engagement metrics such as views, attendance, reads, and return visits to measure content success.
- Leverage the expertise of the broader team to ensure content accuracy, credibility, and compliance.
Requirements
- Outstanding writing skills with extensive experience in creating varied and compelling copy.
- A high standard for educational content across written, video, and audio formats, with the confidence to produce it.
- Sufficient personal finance knowledge to be credible across a wide range of money topics.
- A leadership style that involves hands-on contribution and team motivation.
- A high-agency, results-oriented attitude.
- Technical proficiency, including the ability to use AI for efficiency and adapt to new systems.
