About the Role

This role supports the CEO by managing day-to-day administrative tasks, allowing the CEO to focus on the business. It requires good judgment and high initiative, leveraging AI while balancing it with human discernment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive travel end-to-end.
  • Keep the office running by managing keys, cleaners, supplies, etc.
  • Coordinate team lunches, gifts, event bookings, and more.
  • Represent the CEO well with everyone you deal with, internal and external.
