About the Role

The Photo Scanner Operations Shift Supervisor will lead a team of technicians responsible for the operation, maintenance, and support of scanner and stepper technology. This role involves team development, achieving department metrics, ensuring adequate staffing, and coordinating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and direct a team of Scanner Technicians.
  • Coordinate and oversee vendor contract management and execution.
  • Act as a primary authority and representative for Photo Scanner Operations issues and performance.
  • Lead and participate in safety and quality initiatives to drive world-class scanner safety and quality performance.
  • Provide technical expertise and ownership for scanner systems.
  • Ensure collaboration and communication with peer Operations teams, manufacturing, and equipment/supply vendors.
  • Problem-solve and make critical decisions, including knowing when to escalate.

Requirements

  • Two-year technical degree or equivalent military experience.
  • 5+ years of direct applicable photolithography semiconductor experience in a high volume manufacturing environment.
  • Previous leadership and management of teams is preferred.
  • Scanner or Stepper experience is a plus.
  • Applicants must be authorized to access information subject to U.S. export control laws or eligible for government authorization.

Salary/Compensations

  • $90,000 - $124,000
