About the Role
Lead daily operations, ensure safety and cleanliness, train staff, and oversee personalized care plans for residents in a warm, supportive environment. Collaborate with treatment teams and the Residential Nurse to deliver top-quality care and maintain medical protocols, all while staying within budget and aligning with agency values.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily functions of residences, fostering a strong positive culture for staff and persons supported.
- Ensure compliance across various residence functions.
- Work closely with the residence supervisor to ensure excellent services for persons supported and staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in the Human Services Field and over three (3) years of relevant experience, including one (1) year of supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid NYS Driver's License with no moving violations in the 12 months prior to the date of hire.
