About the Role

Join Morgan Properties as a Pipeline Service Technician supporting our 451-unit Saratoga Crossings/Victor portfolio in Farmington and Victor, NY. We're looking for a dependable, hands-on maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting, takes pride in quality workmanship, and is committed to delivering outstanding service to our residents. You'll become part of an experienced maintenance team where collaboration, accountability, and a strong work ethic are valued every day.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, appliances, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry-related maintenance issues
Complete maintenance service requests efficiently while providing exceptional customer service
Perform apartment turns and help prepare homes for new residents
Maintain the appearance and safety of the community in accordance with company standards
Communicate professionally with residents and onsite team members regarding repairs and work order updates
Participate in the rotating on-call schedule supporting Fox Run

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in apartment, residential, or commercial maintenance
Active, valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation
Ability to live within a 30-minute commute of the community
Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
