About the Role

The Resident Services Coordinator collaborates with the Resident Services Manager and Asset Manager to assess and address the needs of residents through the development and implementation of property-specific programming.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of specified programming at assigned properties.
  • Oversee and serve as a liaison to outside vendors.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with residents and identify needs for new programs.
  • Collaborate with the Resident Services Director on program budget creation.
  • Maintain data collection for HIPAA compliance including sign-in sheets and event records.
  • Coordinate supplies for program events.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience with group education/training development and facilitation.
  • Must be fluent in Spanish.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge including MS Excel, MS Word, and Apricot Systems.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to utilize resources effectively.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to work between two locations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Self-directed with initiative.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends as needed for events.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
  • Ability to lift or move items up to 20 pounds.
