About the Role
The CAMH Simulation Centre is seeking a Simulation Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate high-quality, evidence-based simulation education. This role involves leading the development and facilitation of simulation programming for healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to simulation best practices and accreditation standards.
- Design, deliver, and evaluate high-quality, evidence-based simulation education.
- Lead the development and facilitation of simulation education programming virtually, in-centre, and in-situ.
- Conduct needs assessments, planning, implementation, evaluation, and research.
- Exemplify core competencies as an educator, consultant, practice champion, and leader.
