About the Role
This paid internship program allows participants to contribute to the organization’s success while applying classroom learnings. The hybrid program offers in-office experience approximately 3 days a week, with interns responsible for their own transportation and housing.
Responsibilities
- Assists the Social Media team in designing graphics for Excel social channels
- Assist in versioning out template-based content
- Assist in developing creative concepts for social media initiatives
- May occasionally be assigned projects outside the Social Media/Communications group to gain exposure to other divisions within Excel.
Requirements
- Must provide creative portfolio
- Must demonstrate high attention to detail and consistency
- This position is not eligible for sponsorship.
Skills
- Proficiency and experience in Adobe Photoshop are required
- Learns the importance of C.A.R.E. (consistency, authenticity, relevance and engagement.)
- Will develop skills needed to design content specifically for social media
- Will learn to maintain brand consistency across social channels
