About the Role

Datadog's Cloud SIEM product helps security teams detect, investigate, and respond to threats in cloud and SaaS environments. As a Staff Product Manager, you will shape the vision for our Threat Detection and Incident Response (TDIR) capabilities, directly impacting how customers automate and scale their security operations. You will own product strategy for detection engineering, case management, response workflows, and integrations, driving innovation to empower security teams to move from alerting to action. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role at the intersection of security expertise and product execution, collaborating with engineering, design, security research, and go-to-market teams.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive product strategy across detection workflows, investigation experiences, and response automation for Datadog's TDIR capabilities within Cloud SIEM
  • Own the roadmap for core pillars: integrations, detection content, detection engine, rules & signals UX, case management, and SOAR platform
  • Build deep empathy with security practitioners to solve challenges in detection engineering and incident response
  • Partner with engineering, design, and security research to deliver cohesive, cross-platform security experiences
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to support adoption, messaging, and go-to-market alignment
  • Represent Datadog's TDIR product area with customers and in industry forums, contributing to thought leadership around security operations

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product management, with significant ownership of complex, technical products
  • Strong domain knowledge in security workflows (TDIR, SIEM, or SOAR), including signals, rules, investigations, and automation
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and build complex, user-facing SaaS products
  • Comfortable working with technical teams and large-scale data systems; familiarity with cloud architectures and APIs
  • Skilled in translating enterprise customer needs into scalable product strategy
