About the Role

Lead and develop a team of operations employees, owning productivity, quality, safety, and employee outcomes for your shift. Bridge 2nd and 1st shift operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory movements. Make hiring, coaching, and disciplinary decisions, taking full ownership of people management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of supervisory experience, including experience making hiring and firing decisions
  • 5+ years working in a manufacturing environment
  • 3+ years of experience working with ERP systems
  • Working knowledge of inventory management
  • Ability to read a blueprint
  • A track record of full people leadership — training, coaching, performance management, and holding people accountable to standards
  • Take full ownership of your shift's results — you don't wait to be told, you drive outcomes
  • Have a track record of making tough people decisions fairly and consistently
  • Can walk onto a manufacturing floor and quickly understand how the work really gets done
  • Believe developing your people is part of the job, not separate from it
  • Hold a high bar for safety, quality, and accuracy — and hold others to it too
