Responsibilities
- Develop sustainable strategies for clients in the mechanical and plant engineering sector.
- Support technology clients in mastering transformation and growth challenges.
- Develop hypotheses, define future-oriented strategies, derive strategic implications, and formulate actionable recommendations.
- Take on leadership responsibility and support junior team members' professional and personal development.
- Actively drive the expansion of the Industrial Products sector within Deloitte Consulting.
- Build long-term client relationships and identify new strategic levers.
- Engage in recruiting and support training initiatives.
- Contribute to the continuous development of the team.
Requirements
- Over 5 years of professional experience in an Industrial Products company or in consulting with significant project experience in mechanical and plant engineering.
- Excellent academic performance from a leading university.
- Project management experience.
- Convincing leadership qualities.
- Sound knowledge in strategy development, (digital) transformation, customer-centric strategy & transformation, and Target Operating Model Design.
- Experience with quantitative analysis methods is advantageous.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Willingness to travel.
- Very good written and spoken German and English.
