About the Role

You will be the human judgment layer in our AI-assisted content pipeline, acting as both a subject-matter expert and instructional designer. Your role is to refine AI-generated content, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness, and to create essential human-centric elements that enhance the learner's journey and career development.

Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end backward design for Data and AI programs, focusing on measurable on-the-job outcomes.
  • Identify and address learning content that is not meeting desired outcomes, taking ownership of revisions.
  • Develop custom, high-touch programs and creative assets, including branching narratives and multimedia, that require human empathy and creativity.
  • Utilize AI tools and prompt engineering to accelerate content development and explore new learning design approaches.
  • Provide feedback to Programme Designers and senior stakeholders on the quality and pedagogical effectiveness of AI and human-generated content.
  • Lead the development of new learning formats and modalities, balancing rapid deployment with long-term sustainability.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated command of end-to-end ADDIE and backward design, with experience building measurable, job-aligned outcomes and assessments.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and fixing learning content that isn't driving real outcomes.
  • Genuine fluency with AI-powered tools and prompt engineering for content development and novel applications in Data/AI learning design.
  • Ability to design effective learning experiences for complex AI, Data Science, or Analytics concepts, accessible to individuals with no technical background.
  • Confidence and a track record of influencing peers and senior stakeholders to implement measurable curriculum improvements.
  • Resilience in overcoming project obstacles, such as blockers or shifting subject matter experts, with a demonstrated ability to learn from challenges.
