About the Role
Ode is Anthropic's services venture, focused on bringing frontier AI into practice by tackling complex AI problems for companies. We are seeking a high-potential, exceptionally reliable generalist to drive special projects and launch new initiatives that enable Ode to scale, operating in a hypergrowth environment with a mix of strategy, execution, and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Drive special projects and launch new initiatives.
- Research potential acquisitions.
- Launch new CRMs.
- Execute strategy and solve day-to-day problems without a pre-written playbook.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in consulting, banking, or at an early-stage startup.
- Ability to pair first principles with analytical rigor to solve problems.
- Proactively identify and drive forward opportunities.
- Seek to understand, learn quickly, and are comfortable self-teaching.
- Ambitious and push for excellence.
