About the Role
Join the Fun as a Golf Services Attendant! In this role, you'll be at the forefront of creating unforgettable experiences that keep our guests coming back for more, warmly welcoming guests to the course and ensuring they have everything they need for a fantastic round of golf. This seasonal role runs from April through October, depending on weather conditions.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests as they arrive at the course and provide excellent guest service.
- Assist guests in removing golf bags from their vehicles and loading them onto the appropriate golf carts.
- Complete the daily set-up of the driving range/practice areas, ensuring they are regularly maintained.
- Maintain the golf cart fleet ensuring that all carts are clean, washed, fueled, in good working condition, and equipped with scorecards, yardage books, sand, pencils, tees, and other accessories.
Requirements
- A valid Driver’s license is required.
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 41 - 50 pounds.
Skills
- Some knowledge of golf (preferred).
- Excellent guest service skills.
