About the Role
Our servers are trained in the ultimate banquet dining experience, ensuring each event from birthday parties to weddings is a one-of-a-kind experience.
Responsibilities
- Reports to Supervisor before shift to obtain assigned station and reviews BEO.
- Ensures stations are clean, orderly, and stocked with specified condiments and promotional material.
- Ensures tables are set properly according to BEO.
- Completes side duties, including stocking condiments, folding napkins, and polishing glasses.
- Maintains complete knowledge of all menu and beverage items, including preparation methods.
- Ensures all guest entree choices are correct before service.
Requirements
- Previous tray or food server experience.
- Outstanding interpersonal communication skills to effectively interface with guests.
- Banquet experience.
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Salary/Compensations
- $10.70 hourly Base wage plus potential of up to $40 gratuity per hour
