About the Role
Broadridge is seeking a Client Service Representative to manage a book of business for clients, ensuring key deliverables are met to drive business growth and client retention.
Responsibilities
- Manage internal and external clients.
- Check the accuracy of forms and enter data into a tracking database.
- Create financial documents and manage the approval process using Adobe suite.
- Perform regular application testing within an Agile development framework.
- Communicate directly with clients and internal departments.
- Maintain a high level of productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
- Adhere to strict deadlines.
- Utilize time management skills to handle extremely high seasonal volumes.
Requirements
- Experienced working in a high-pressure, high-volume environment where accuracy is paramount.
- Highly adaptable professional with the ability to thrive in diverse environments.
- Engage respectfully with people of varied backgrounds and perspectives.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Computer savvy and capable of learning new software applications with relative ease.
- Have client service experience.
- Comfortable working within a team while owning their own work.
- Strong client services background.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and listening skills.
- Excellent ability to understand the scope of each project, prioritize tasks, and effectively manage time.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and working knowledge of Outlook and Access.
