About the Role

Ensemble Performing Arts is seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented Compliance Coordinator to contribute to business license compliance efforts across its growing portfolio of businesses. This is an extraordinary entry-to-mid-level opportunity for an organized administrative professional who wants to build a career in operations, legal support or corporate compliance within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Research business licensing compliance requirements.
  • Prepare, submit and track state and local business licenses, permits, and corporate entity maintenance filings.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently from conception to completion to ensure timely filings across all business units with exceptional ownership, accountability, and follow-through.
  • Maintain and continuously update internal compliance and corporate filing databases.
  • Coordinate with state agencies, local authorities and registered agents to manage state registration projects and resolve application roadblocks.
  • Help build scalable and efficient workflows as more businesses are added to the portfolio.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years of office administration, personal/executive assistant, bookkeeping or other comparable clerical or administrative work experience.
  • Curious, adaptable and motivated to grow with a scaling organization.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Proven project management and critical thinking skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to adjust priorities in fast-paced environment.
  • High integrity, discretion and strong ethical standards.
  • Strong computer skills, including a working knowledge of Excel.
