About the Role
The Associate Sales Representative is an 18-month to 2-year training program designed to develop sales skills for Mammotome’s innovative breast care technology. You will assist territory managers in converting physicians to Mammotome products while preparing for a promotion into a full-line Sales Representative position.
Responsibilities
- Participate in a hands-on sales training program to gain product, procedure, and clinical knowledge.
- Provide support to Sales Representatives and customers to contribute to territory sales goals.
- Generate daily sales leads and pipeline through cold calls, emails, in-person demos, and evaluations.
- Conduct customer presentations to demonstrate product features and benefits.
Requirements
- 2+ years of business-to-business (B2B) experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent clinical experience.
- Demonstrated experience selling value propositions and cultivating clinical relationships.
- Proven written and verbal communication skills.
- Action-oriented, self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Must be relocatable upon assignment into a Sales Representative position.
- Ability to travel 1-5 days per week, including overnight stays.
- Must adhere to hospital credentialing policies, including medical records and vaccinations.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

- $60,000 - $70,000 base salary
- $85,000 - $95,000 total compensation target including incentives
