About the Role

UJA Federation of Greater Toronto is seeking a passionate, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to coordinate integrated marketing projects. This role manages project timelines, coordinates deliverables across internal teams, and supports the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring projects are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. The specialist also serves as a central resource for marketing administration, maintaining documentation and ensuring marketing information is accurate and up to date.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution and coordination of events and integrated marketing initiatives across all channels, including email, direct mail, SMS, digital, social, and web.
  • Develop and maintain campaign schedules and workbacks, ensuring projects are delivered on time.
  • Proactively communicate project status, timelines, risks, and changes to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate campaign deliverables, approvals, and assets across internal teams and external partners.
  • Support campaign reporting by compiling results, tracking performance metrics, and preparing post-campaign summaries.
  • Maintain campaign documentation, reporting files, and dashboards.
  • Maintain marketing documentation, templates, and administrative records.
  • Coordinate administrative processes, ensuring marketing systems, tools, and information remain accurate, organized, and up to date.
  • Support the coordination of vendor administration, invoices, and other departmental administrative requirements.
  • Assist with maintaining departmental calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating other administrative activities.

Requirements

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
  • Analytical mindset with interest in campaign performance, reporting, and optimization.
