About the Role

Provides support to the Angry Orchard campus for parking, guest wayfinding & check-in, and general upkeep.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests as they arrive and check in
  • Perform ID checks
  • Sell select guest experience
  • Manage site flow, focusing on parking and guest wayfinding
  • Set up and break down of parking tents, tables, radios, and wayfinding signage
  • Perform general campus upkeep including trash and debris collection, drinkware distribution, and dispenser replenishment
  • Work in and promote a team-oriented and safety-first environment
  • Report any damage, theft, or destruction of property
  • Escalate incident reports

Requirements

  • Must be able to work in and promote a team-oriented and “Safety First” environment
  • This is an outdoor position requiring a lot of walking rain or shine and the ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
