About the Role
Oversee the Briggs & Riley Innovation Studio, transforming it into a hub for product storytelling, immersive training, consumer insights, retailer engagement, digital appointments, and premium brand experiences to create memorable interactions for retailers, customers, partners, and employees.
Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operation of the Innovation Studio, ensuring it reflects the premium Briggs & Riley brand.
- Maintain showroom presentation, merchandising, product readiness, and hospitality standards.
- Coordinate seasonal product updates, fixture changes, and room transitions for meetings, trainings, and events.
- Plan and execute retailer immersion sessions, retailer roundtables, consumer focus groups, internal trainings, and special events.
- Coordinate all event details, including scheduling, room setup, product presentation, hospitality, materials, note-taking, and follow-up.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Service, and Visual Merchandising to deliver engaging experiences.
- Coordinate virtual product presentations and digital appointments.
- Ensure professional presentation standards, lighting, product setup, and technology for digital experiences.
- Track CRM activity, appointment outcomes, and key engagement metrics.
- Maintain the Innovation Studio as a living showcase for new products, merchandising ideas, and customer experiences.
- Analyze Studio utilization and program performance to identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Help shape how retailers, customers, and employees experience Briggs & Riley.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in premium retail, hospitality, experiential marketing, training, brand experience, event operations, or a related field.
- Exceptional organization and project management skills.
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
- Confidence interacting with retailers, customers, executives, and cross-functional teams.
- An eye for merchandising, presentation, and premium brand experiences.
- Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, scheduling systems, or operational software.
- Comfort presenting products in both in-person and virtual environments.
