About the Role

Crowe is seeking a passionate leader to guide clients through their Security (SecOps) ServiceNow implementations. This position requires an individual that demonstrates leadership, decision-making, and management skills to oversee implementations and serve clients with excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Support pre-sales activities such as demonstrations, project scoping, lead proof of concepts and assist with preparing SOWs.
  • Advise clients on leveraging ServiceNow for supporting their Security program.
  • Lead project implementation and oversee architectural design, working directly with the Engagement Lead, Solution Architect, and Developers to ensure project delivery.
  • Facilitate project introduction, kick-off meetings, and weekly client status meetings, while creating and managing project timelines.
  • Provide guidance to developers on ServiceNow configuration.
  • Provide final quality assurance reviews of all deliverables.
  • Design and deliver end-user training.
  • Expand client's vision and opportunities to drive additional business value through ServiceNow.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a professional environment.
  • 3+ years of experience delivering ServiceNow implementations and integrations with an emphasis on Security.
  • ServiceNow implementation lead or system administrator experience.
  • Knowledge and experience running a Security program on ServiceNow.
  • Experience managing and delivering multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience providing business/operations/technical consulting to senior leaders of an organization.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements.

  • Must be able to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and complete employment eligibility verification.

Experience Level

  • 3+ years of experience delivering ServiceNow implementations and integrations with an emphasis on Security.
  • 5+ years' experience in a professional environment.

Education Level

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Certifications in Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Implementation Specialist- SIR & VR

Salary/Compensations

  • $103,200.00 - $210,900.00 per year
