About the Role

Kuro is building the intelligence layer for the construction industry, automating workflows and enabling faster, better decisions for Europe's largest construction enterprises. Tackle challenging applied AI problems with complex, unstructured data like PDFs, drawings, and 3D models.

Responsibilities

• Build and own end-to-end customer-facing features.
• Design and implement new features to solve specific user problems.
• Own the full development lifecycle from concept to UI.
• Manage and improve the web application's security and performance.
• Build out existing and new features for the web application and APIs.
• Help model and evolve canonical entities of customers.
• Contribute to entity resolution across various data sources.
• Build features for evidence-linked and auditable answers.
• Contribute to scalable data pipelines and integrations.
• Extend multi-modal ingestion of unstructured documents.
• Build read/write integrations with customer systems.
• Help build abstraction layers to turn use cases into a platform.
• Contribute to workflow harness, decision-trace standards, and evaluation tooling.
• Build reusable human review and approval surfaces.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience as a (full-stack) software engineer in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.
• Happy to work onsite at our office (Factory Berlin Mitte) on a daily basis.
• Impressive achievements from previous careers and side projects.
