About the Role

FGF Brands is seeking a curious, tech-savvy, business-minded recent graduate to join their AI transformation. This high-impact role is for someone who wants to build AI solutions that solve real operational problems and get used in production, working directly with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship AI-powered and agentic solutions focused on supply chain and operations
• Rapidly prototype and iterate—POCs in days, not quarters
• Apply LLMs to real-world data using RAG, fine‑tuning, and agent frameworks
• Build internal tools, automations, and dashboards that drive measurable impact
• Partner with senior leaders to translate business friction into working software
• Evaluate and integrate emerging AI tools and frameworks
• Clearly explain what you build through demos and practical walkthroughs

Requirements

• A recent graduate (0–3 years of experience)
• Background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical field
• You’ve built real AI projects and can show them (side projects count)
• Strong Python, APIs, version control, and basic system design
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (prompting, RAG, fine‑tuning, or agentic frameworks)
• Able to explain technical concepts simply to non‑technical partners
