About the Role

A family in Pacific Heights, San Francisco seeks a full-time live-in nanny/governess/educator for their 2-year-old daughter. Responsibilities

Create and implement daily educationally-enriching activities and lesson plans tailored for the child.
Ensure the child's laundry is managed.
Prepare, warm up, plate, and serve the child's food, including chopping food and fruits, and preparing snacks and side dishes as needed.
Drive the child if necessary, requiring excellent driving skills and a clean driving record.

Requirements

College or university degree in Early Childhood Education, Childhood Development, or a related childcare-focused field (e.g., Education, Child Psychology).
Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience (public or private sector), with homeschooling experience being a plus.
Specifically, preschool/kindergarten teaching experience is a plus.
Native English-language speaker.
Bilingual; French is a plus, or Italian or Spanish.
Minimum of 15 years of combined experience as a nanny/governess/educator.
Comfortable around cats and not allergic.
Teach proper conversation skills, avoiding baby-talk.
Swimmer.
Seeking longevity in the role and willing to grow with the child's age.
Energetic.
Expertise as a professional childcare expert.
Strong communicator.
Very clean in terms of overall cleanliness, organization, and hygiene.
CPR/First Aid Certified.
Licensed driver with a clean driving record.
