About the Role
This role drives phenomenal decision-making by partnering with business leaders to support the setting and realization of performance ambitions and annual operating plans, with a focus on the Dynamic Value Creator area of the Finance Mission. Key aspects include bringing data-led insights, embracing a winning mentality, maintaining an external focus, leading change, and acting as a risk manager for business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Regional Performance Directors to drive outstanding performance management and customer/brand investment decisions.
- Provide decision support to commercial teams to improve Net Sales Value, Gross Profit, and Gross Margin %, while gaining market share.
- Lead the national forecasting process in partnership with FP&A and commercial colleagues, managing opportunity and risk to meet financial objectives.
- Lead the S&OP from Finance with Supply.
- Oversee overall M&E governance.
- Manage efficiency initiatives including SLOBS, Discos, and Allocations.
