About the Role
Seeking a Content Marketing and Social Media Manager to own Mobility's campaign content, including thought leadership, organic and paid social. This role supports new website content development and produces clear, on-brand copy for digital experiences. The position will grow to be the lead author for North America sales solutions thought leadership, driving lead generation.
Responsibilities
- Write and edit content across formats: web pages, landing pages, social media, campaign assets, and UX copy for digital experiences.
- Own organic social media (LinkedIn and YouTube) channels by developing promotional content and engaging with stakeholders and influencers.
- Serve as the primary author for long-form content in the North America sales solution portfolio (white papers, eBooks, reports).
- Collaborate with analysts, product experts, and marketing partners to generate and develop compelling content ideas.
- Partner with the Digital Content & SEO Specialist to incorporate keyword research and performance insights into content planning.
- Support content migration, ensuring copy aligns with brand voice and user experience needs.
- Adapt long-form content into shorter promotional pieces (blog posts, social snippets, email copy).
Requirements
- Strong writing portfolio demonstrating ability to create both digital copy and long-form assets.
- 3+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or editorial roles.
- Experience with social media management.
- Familiarity with SEO and digital publishing best practices.
- Ability to collaborate with subject matter experts and translate technical insights into customer-facing content.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and stay on top of emerging content and social media trends.
- Experience in B2B, technology, or research-driven industries is a plus.
- Experience in B2B technology, automotive, or mobility industry sectors with understanding complex product ecosystems.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization techniques for search engine visibility.
- Knowledge of marketing automation workflows and nurturing strategies through content touchpoints.
- Experience collaborating with technical teams and understanding of web analytics, conversion tracking, and digital marketing technology stacks.
