About the Role

The Cleaner will ensure common areas, model suites, and vacant units are ready for marketing and occupancy, working closely with the maintenance team to keep the property in top condition for residents, clients, and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Cleans the property business office, restrooms, cabana, laundry rooms, model apartments and property common areas on a defined schedule.
• Cleans vacant apartment units in preparations for showing and occupancy.
• Reports any maintenance problems to the supervisor.
• Assists with inventory control.
• Performs job duties using safety guidelines and reports obstacles in doing so.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
