About the Role

We're looking for a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our fertility clinic team and play a vital role in delivering safe, compassionate, patient-centred care. • Communicate with patients with warmth and professionalism via telephone, email and video call
  • Accurately maintain patient records in line with clinic policy and HFEA guidance, ensuring confidentiality at all times
  • Liaise with the administration team to support smooth appointment coordination
  • Take ownership of your own professional development, completing required competencies and maintaining BLS certification

  • Experience in healthcare setting
  • English language GCSE (or equivalent)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and patient-centred approach
