About the Role

Checkr is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to be the operational and analytical backbone of the Customer Success and Account Management organizations. This role will build the infrastructure for planning, forecasting, and protecting post-sales revenue, owning the operating cadence from territory design to forecasting and program management. You will collaborate with various teams to translate post-sales strategy into repeatable processes, directly influencing net revenue retention as the business scales.

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain territory, book, and account assignment models for Customer Success and Account Management teams.

  • Serve as a trusted operating partner to Customer Success and Account Management leadership.
  • Define and track goals, metrics, and processes that scale the post-sales business.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with Sales Ops, Analytics, Finance, Marketing, and Support to improve post-sales workflows.
  • Lead executive-level analyses and materials, including board updates and quarterly business reviews.
  • Leverage AI to maximize impact for post-sales teams, such as proactive churn signals and identifying key upsell accounts.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations.
  • Direct exposure to post-sales, customer success, or account management preferred.
  • Understanding of key Customer Success concepts, metrics, and processes/best practices.
  • Proven experience owning territory design, quota setting, and forecasting processes for a revenue-generating team.
  • Incredible attention to detail and ability to see processes through end-to-end.
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills.
  • Fluency in Salesforce and BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Omni.
  • SQL proficiency a plus.
  • Track record of driving cross-functional initiatives independently, from scoping through implementation.
  • Excellent communication skills and the judgment to translate complex data into a clear, compelling narrative for senior stakeholders.
